A Little Taste of What’s to Come

Our culinary team gave us a little glimpse into what kind of awesomely delicious creations we can expect to see on Guy Harvey’s RumFish Grill and Bar menu… Chef Justin Harry and Chef Aaron Schweitzer are collaborating on creating a showcase of the best seafood in the area with a focus on locally caught fish from the Gulf of Mexico, staying consistent with RumFish Grill’s theme.

Since RumFish Grill will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there’s plenty of opportunity to infuse the daily offerings with creative combinations sure to delight the palate. For early morning risers, you can expect to see dishes such as crab cakes coupled with poached eggs, chicken and waffles, bananas foster French toast and fresh Florida fruit.

When lunch time rolls around, we’re hearing there will be plenty of sandwiches and handhelds to choose from including an amazing 10 oz. kobe beef burger, a smoked gouda quesadilla and delectable ahi tuna tacos (pictured below).

Dinner at RumFish Grill will definitely be a destination for discerning diners. Fresh fish such as Mahi Mahi, Cobia, and Swordfish will pepper the numerous seafood selections. Land lovers have no fear, as there will be several steak, chicken and pasta offerings in which you can indulge.

Did we mention we’ll also be featuring craft cocktails (like the cucumber & gin concoction pictured above), craft beer, and specialty Rum Flights? That’s right, you’ll get to sample and appreciate the different flavors of infused and spiced rum that won’t be found anywhere else. Put us on your list because you won’t want to miss the opportunity to bite into something new.
